Hudson Agency, LLC (“Hudson Agency,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This SMS Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information associated with our SMS and MMS messaging program.

This SMS Privacy Policy supplements Hudson Agency's general website privacy policy.

When you enroll in or interact with our SMS messaging program, we may collect information including:

• First and last name
• Mobile telephone number
• Email address
• Mailing address
• SMS consent status
• Date and time consent was provided
• Method or source through which consent was provided
• SMS opt-in and opt-out activity
• Message history and responses
• Insurance products or services you are interested in
• Insurance renewal or expiration dates that you voluntarily provide
• Quote request information
• Appointment information
• Customer service information
• Other information you voluntarily provide through our forms, website, telephone conversations, or text messages

We may also collect technical information associated with message delivery, such as message status, delivery information, timestamps, and interactions with links contained in messages.

Hudson Agency obtains consent before sending marketing SMS communications as required by applicable law and our messaging provider's requirements.

Providing your telephone number for another purpose does not, by itself, necessarily constitute consent to receive SMS marketing messages.

SMS marketing consent is separate from email marketing consent.

You may withdraw your SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to a Hudson Agency marketing text message.

Hudson Agency does not sell your SMS consent information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

Our SMS program may use Constant Contact and its telecommunications/service-provider network to facilitate the transmission and management of text messages.

Mobile information obtained for Hudson Agency's SMS messaging program will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Information may be provided to vendors, telecommunications providers, and other service providers when necessary to operate and support our SMS program.

SMS opt-in consent will not be sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for their independent SMS marketing purposes.

This restriction does not prohibit disclosure when required by law, necessary to protect Hudson Agency's legal rights, or necessary for vendors acting on our behalf to operate the messaging program.

Because Hudson Agency is an insurance agency, information you provide may also be used to obtain insurance quotations, service insurance policies, communicate with insurance carriers, or otherwise perform services you request.

Insurance-related information may therefore be shared with insurance carriers, wholesalers, managing general agents, insurance service providers, and other entities when reasonably necessary to provide requested insurance products or services.

Such sharing is separate from selling or sharing your SMS consent for unrelated marketing purposes.

Hudson Agency uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, SMS communications are not inherently secure.

For your protection, please do not send highly sensitive personal information through text messaging, including:

• Social Security numbers
• Driver's license numbers
• Financial account numbers
• Credit or debit card information
• Passwords
• Other highly sensitive personal information

Contact Hudson Agency through an appropriate secure method when sensitive information is required for an insurance transaction.

We may retain information associated with your SMS enrollment, consent, communications, and opt-out requests for as long as reasonably necessary for business, compliance, dispute-resolution, recordkeeping, or legal purposes.

Opt-out records may be retained to ensure that your communication preferences continue to be honored.

Opting out of SMS marketing does not necessarily affect communications you have separately authorized through email, telephone, postal mail, or other channels.

Likewise, unsubscribing from email marketing does not necessarily withdraw your separately provided SMS consent.

Hudson Agency may use third-party platforms, including Constant Contact, to provide digital marketing and SMS services.

Those providers maintain their own privacy and security practices. Information transmitted through those platforms may therefore also be subject to the applicable provider's policies and contractual requirements.

Hudson Agency may update this SMS Privacy Policy periodically.

Changes may be made to reflect modifications to our services, technology, business practices, legal obligations, or SMS program.

The current effective date will appear at the top of this policy.
