SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms of Service

These SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”) govern the text messaging program offered by Hudson Agency, LLC (“Hudson Agency,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By opting into our SMS messaging program, you agree to these Mobile Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Hudson Agency, LLC may use SMS and MMS text messaging to communicate with customers, prospects, and other individuals who have expressly consented to receive text messages from us.

Messages may include:

• Insurance quote follow-ups
• Insurance product and service information
• Renewal reminders
• Policy review reminders
• Appointment reminders
• Customer service communications
• Insurance savings opportunities
• Promotional and marketing messages
• Requests for information related to an insurance quote
• Other insurance-related communications

The types of messages you receive may depend upon your relationship with Hudson Agency and the permissions you have provided.

By providing your mobile telephone number and expressly opting into our SMS program, you authorize Hudson Agency, LLC and its service providers to send recurring SMS and/or MMS messages to the mobile number you provided.

Messages may be sent using automated technology where permitted by law.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing insurance, obtaining an insurance quote, or receiving services from Hudson Agency, LLC.

You represent that the mobile telephone number you provide belongs to you or that you are authorized to use the number and consent to receiving messages at that number.

If your mobile number changes or you are no longer the subscriber or authorized user of the number, please notify Hudson Agency promptly.

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with Hudson Agency, the services you request, your insurance renewal cycle, and the marketing or service programs in which you participate.

Message and data rates may apply.

Your wireless carrier may charge you for sending or receiving SMS or MMS messages according to your mobile service plan.

Hudson Agency, LLC is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

You may opt out of marketing text messages at any time.

To stop receiving SMS/MMS messages, reply:

STOP

You may also use other supported opt-out keywords, such as CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or OPT-OUT, where recognized by the messaging platform.

After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

After opting out, you will no longer receive messages through the applicable SMS marketing program unless you subsequently provide consent to enroll again.

Participation in Hudson Agency's SMS marketing program is voluntary.

You are not required to consent to receive marketing text messages as a condition of purchasing insurance, obtaining an insurance quote, or receiving services from Hudson Agency, LLC.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS and MMS services may not be available through all wireless carriers or in all geographic areas.

Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and network operator.

Hudson Agency, LLC does not guarantee that any SMS or MMS message will be delivered or received.

We respect your privacy.

Information collected through our SMS messaging program is handled according to our Privacy Policy, including the SMS/Mobile Messaging Privacy provisions contained in that policy.

We do not sell your SMS opt-in consent to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

SMS consent and mobile telephone information collected for Hudson Agency's messaging program will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own SMS marketing purposes, except as necessary for service providers that help us operate the messaging program or as otherwise permitted or required by law.

Hudson Agency may use third-party technology and communications providers to administer its SMS messaging program.

Our SMS marketing program may be administered using Constant Contact and telecommunications providers involved in transmitting and delivering text messages.

These providers may process information as necessary to provide messaging services on our behalf.

Text messages from Hudson Agency are intended for informational, service, or marketing purposes.

Unless expressly confirmed otherwise by Hudson Agency:

• A text message does not bind insurance coverage.
• A request submitted by text does not automatically add, remove, or modify insurance coverage.
• Coverage cannot be assumed to be effective based solely upon an SMS conversation.
• Policy changes are subject to carrier requirements, underwriting, eligibility, payment, and confirmation from Hudson Agency and/or the applicable insurance carrier.

Do not rely on SMS messaging for urgent claims, emergencies, or time-sensitive requests to bind or modify insurance coverage.

Hudson Agency, LLC may modify, suspend, or discontinue its SMS messaging program at any time.

We may also update these Mobile Terms periodically to reflect changes to our services, technology, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.

The updated effective date will be displayed at the top of these Mobile Terms.

You must be authorized to use the mobile telephone number provided when enrolling in the SMS program.

By enrolling, you represent that you have authority to provide consent for messages to be sent to that number.
